Landsman Appraisal Products
For non-lender assignments, we use a general purpose appraisal form, which includes a detailed, custom market analysis; at least four comparables (at least three closed sales, one or two active/pending listings - exception: retrospective appraisals do not include active listings); a floorplan sketch with dimensions and livable area calculations; and an extensive array of interior and exterior photos, as well as an aerial photo, location map, and other documents of interest.
